• Residential and commercial real estate transactions. We work with buyers and sellers of real property at all stages of the purchase or sale of real estate, from the negotiation of terms to the closing. Once you have agreed upon terms, we will prepare all documents required to successfully complete the transaction, including real estate contracts, deeds, mortgages, notes and other financing instruments, easements and restrictive covenants. We will review all title documents as well as the closing statements, to ensure that your interests are protected.
• Foreclosures. We represent individual homeowners and business owners, as well as lenders, in all matters related to foreclosure. If you are the property owner, we will help you identify ways to keep your property or dispose of it at minimal cost to you. If you are a lender, we will pay close attention to detail to make certain that your interests are always protected. We also represent individuals and businesses that have purchased foreclosed property.
• Landlord-tenant disputes. We work with landlords in Maryland and Washington, D.C. who need to file rent suits or eviction suits related to residential or commercial property. We also review and prepare residential and commercial leases.
• Real estate litigation. We handle a broad range of real estate litigation, from title actions (including title defense) and lending matters to claims for homeowners associations, cooperatives and condominium associations.
